One hundred and ninety-six inches of thinking

She had stumbled across the plastic rope making technique on YouTube some time ago. She was searching for ways to quickly utilize the stash of plastic bags she kept for art project experimentation. This was not the answer. This was a slow and repetitive task that resulted in a rope like material that seemed of little use at this moment. Yet this slow and repetitive task created for her a quiet contemplation time.

She sat in her warm home and watched fat snowflakes blanket the ground in soft white. Then the snow turn to rain and washed the ground clean. She did a lot of thinking during this time. One hundred and ninety-six inches of thinking. . .
